Oil Soap Reactor and Dryer

The soap making process can be classified into 2 parts. The 1st part involves all chemical reactions between variety of fats with alkali compounds and various chemicals. The soap obtained from 1st part is considered raw by its nature and appearance. This soap is without any kind of added colour and also odourless. Generally vegetable oils are used as fat alternatives. And we can also make fat-free oil soap.

As Oil Soaps can be used in Laundry purpose and are also called Laundry Bars/Laundry Cakes, it has a huge market throughout world. For making oil soaps we need to start a chemical reaction commonly known as saponification. Saponification is a process in which oils are reacted with different soda(bases) so that soap is obtained after reaction. There are various methods and machines used to make soaps from different oils. Reactors, Crutchers and Vessels are used to obtain soap from oils and soda. Manufacturers can use any of these 3 method/machines according to their will.

Reactors use vacuum suction and because of vacuum, quality of soap obtained from Reactor is best among all three methods. Reactors use electricity as energy.
